What is your experience with students’ algebraic thinking?
Monday, September 5, 2011
At the Center for Algebraic Thinking we are most interested in how students think when doing algebra. What ways do they think about algebraic concepts? What misconceptions do they have? What unique ways of understanding do they have? What facilitates students overcoming conceptual barriers? We share research on these issues in the Encyclopedia of Algebraic Thinking and hope that you will contribute your experiences as well.
